Permissions We Request
Camera Permission
- Purpose: Required to scan QR codes and barcodes using your device’s camera
- Usage: Camera access is only active when you are actively scanning. No photos or videos are recorded or stored.
Photo Library Access (iOS/Android)
- Purpose:
- To scan QR codes from images in your photo library
- To save generated QR codes to your photo library
- Usage: We only access images you explicitly select. We do not browse or access your entire photo library.
Storage Permission (Android)
- Purpose: To save generated QR codes to your device
- Usage: Only used when you choose to save a QR code
Internet Access
- Purpose: Required for displaying advertisements (Yandex Mobile Ads)
- Usage: The app connects to the internet only to load advertisements after the third app launch
Vibration Permission
- Purpose: To provide haptic feedback when a code is successfully scanned
