Easy GPX Creator (“we”, “our”, or “the App”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Easy GPX Creator mobile application for iOS.

Easy GPX Creator is designed to work without requiring an account and without collecting personal data. All routes you create remain on your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share them.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.

We do not collect, store, or process any of the following:

Name, email address, or contact details
Account or login information
Precise or background location data
Device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV)
Advertising identifiers

The App does not require user registration and does not operate backend servers that receive user data.

3. Location Information

Easy GPX Creator does not track your location.

The App does not request background location access.
Any map interaction (tapping, panning, zooming) is initiated solely by the user.
Routes are created manually by tapping on the map and are not derived from real-time GPS tracking.

If you choose to import GPX/KML files that contain location data, this data is processed locally on your device only.

4. Routes and Files

All GPX and KML routes:

Are stored locally on your device
Are not uploaded to our servers
Are not accessible to us

When you export or share a file, the data is transferred only to the destination you explicitly choose (for example, another app, cloud storage, or email).

We do not monitor or log file exports.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Maps

The App uses OpenStreetMap map data.

Map tiles may be loaded from third-party tile providers. These providers may receive standard technical information (such as IP address) as part of normal internet communication when map tiles are downloaded.

We do not control or store this data.

OpenStreetMap contributors’ data is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL).

5.2 Advertising

If advertising is enabled in the App:

Ads may be provided by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob or similar).
Ad providers may collect limited data as required to serve ads, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Easy GPX Creator does not directly collect or manage advertising data.

6. Analytics

The App does not use analytics SDKs to track user behavior.

We do not collect:

screen views
interaction events
session duration
usage patterns

7. Data Security

Because we do not collect or store personal data, there is no centralized database of user information.

All files remain on your device unless you choose to export them.

8. Children’s Privacy

Easy GPX Creator does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.

The App is safe to use without providing any personal data.
